My beloved parlor guitar pumps out sound like a little boom box 😂. The rosewood back and sides generates deep bass and overtones, while the Sitka spruce top delivers clear mids and highs. The sitka top and rosewood back and sides is my favorite combo in the acoustic guitar construction. This combination makes strumming a 'booming' experience with deep bass reverberating within our abdomens as well as reaching all the way down the hallway. The music that comes out from this guitar never fails to cut through stressful atmosphere and animosity while healing the soul. One of a few miracles of life 😃.
With my trusty Sony A7II on the reliable 50mm macro lens indoors in a well lighted afternoon. Aperture of F/2.8 to create that blurry backdrop, speed at 1/80s and ISO at 500. Simple post-processing with slight increase in contrast and reduced exposure to create a moody look.
