Insomnia anyone? If you suffer from it, I feel ya, very much! I wish you all the best. There are multiple reasons why people can't fall asleep but it's safe to say that it's one part of life that is mainly not within our control.
As with many things that are not within our control, we manage around it, trying to make the best out of the situation. I'd say, focus on what we can control. Obvious but not easy, as frustration and tiredness usually get the better of us during the day, especially when it's going to be a hectic day ahead.
What can we control? Our feelings and our actions. Stay positive always! Self motivation comes in handy at times like this. As with coffee and mint to keep us fresh and sharp during the day. Most importantly, stay safe too, especially when you're behind the wheel!
Take it easy, don't kick yourself in the head. If you think the night is unsalvageable, go read some books, plan your latest holiday, or play some games on the computer. Getting some things done will make yourself feel a little better.
