Type D1 'Ember' Automatic Watch

Malaysia is a multi-cultural society where the brand owner is from, with breathtaking natural landscapes and buoyant festivals. On Penang island, there is an annual fire-walking tradition where devotees walk across hot, orange embers, signifying purification and faith. Galvanized by this festival, Type D1 'Ember', comes in a vibrant yet muted colorway of charcoal grey slate and a bottom orange disk, with both layers linen textured to create a striking aesthetic. The pop of orange isn't exactly a conservative approach, but we'd be letting ourselves down if we didn't inject some fanfare into our first model of the Type D lineup. Fortunately, we received many enthusiastic 'thumbs-up' so far!
